Policies
  • Standard policies and procedures for my services are as follows:

    Digital Designs (Files only; no printing)

    Client will communicate any design ideas in the initial consultation and provide images for inspiration if desired.

    If client requests a revision of an existing design, they will receive one (1) low-resolution sample.  Two minor revisions are included with this purchase; these may involve changes in font, color, wording, and/or sizing.

    If client requests a completely custom design, they will receive a total of between one and three low-resolution sample designs to choose from.   Once client has chosen the final design, two additional minor revisions are included.  Any major revisions to the design may result in additional charges.

    Client will receive the final design either as a high-resolution JPEG file (logos and monograms) or as a PDF file sized appropriately for printing (invitations and other documents) unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance.

    All purchases must be made through Etsy and paid through Paypal or with a credit card.  Local clients (Los Angeles area) can make alternate arrangements for payment in person if desired.

    Printed Projects (Design, printing, and assembly):

    Client will receive two (2) printed samples to choose from if time permits.  Paper selections and colors must be decided at this point; no changes to the design can be made once printing and assembly has begun.  Orders that have a shorter time frame may skip this step and approve the sample print through photographs.

    Pricing for custom printed and assembled invitations will vary based on the complexity of the design and the amount of hand-crafting involved.  These prices will be agreed upon in advance of production for the design and number of products specified by the client only; additions to the original order will result in additional fees.

    Other Projects

    Policies for unique and unusual projects will be determined on an as-needed basis.  Since the nature of these projects can vary significantly, the pricing, timeline, and expectations will be discussed thoroughly with each client prior to production.

    For each project, an Etsy listing will be created.  All purchases must be made through Etsy and paid through Paypal or with a credit card.  Local clients (Los Angeles area) can make alternate arrangements for payment in person if desired.
